Summary
We're not looking for someone to "manage social media." We're looking for someone who can build a brand.
We're a modern boutique apartment hotel in Limassol, Cyprus — a stylish place that feels more like home than a hotel. Our guests are business travellers, digital nomads, couples and families. Our goal is to become one of the most recognizable boutique hospitality brands in Cyprus through outstanding visual storytelling.
The role is fully remote. We already have professional photo and video shoots done, and we'll provide you with a full creative gallery and raw materials to work from.
We've split the work into two stages.
**Stage 1 — Setup & Foundation (defined project)**
Get all our channels into a strong, consistent, professional starting point:
- Create and configure a new TikTok profile from scratch
- Take over our existing Instagram account, restructure and optimise the profile (bio, highlights, pinned posts, grid layout)
- Set up / clean up our Facebook page so it's consistent with the rest
- Define the visual concept, brand style and tone of voice across all channels
- Establish content pillars and a content calendar framework
- Produce an initial batch of content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels) using our existing materials
- Hand over a clear brand and content guideline we can build on
**Stage 2 — Ongoing Management (monthly, if Stage 1 goes well)**
- Plan and manage the ongoing content calendar
- Produce engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories and carousel posts
- Develop lifestyle content that sells emotion, not rooms
- Write captions that feel authentic, not promotional
- Spot trends early and adapt them to the brand
- Organise and remotely direct future photo & video shoots; coordinate local creators/photographers
- Work with management on campaigns, special offers and seasonal content
- Track performance and continuously improve results
We'll start with Stage 1 as a defined project. If we love the work, Stage 2 becomes an ongoing monthly collaboration.
**You're a strong fit if you**
- Have grown hospitality, lifestyle or premium brands before
- Have excellent visual taste
- Understand branding, storytelling and customer psychology
- Know how to make content people actually save and share
- Work independently and bring ideas instead of waiting for instructions
- Understand how the Instagram and TikTok algorithms work
- Can edit strong content from existing raw material, and direct shoots remotely
- Speak fluent English (Russian is a strong plus)
