Approximate list:
Changing the front part of the drone to a shape suitable for kinetic action on the object.
Changing the scale of the model to accommodate a more powerful battery and additional electronics.
Adding places for lidar outputs, antennas, a camera on a suspension, and radiators on the body. Mounting systems.
At the first stage of the project, there will be no need for precise dimensions and complex internal layout. The body will be manufactured and sent for testing in a wind tunnel for further adjustment.

На першому етапі проекту не буде необхідності в точних розмірах і складній компоновці всередині. Корпус буде виготовлено і відправлено на тестування в аеродинамічний тунель для подальшої підгонки.
Навіщо зразу в трубу те що далеке від реальності, якщо компоновка вплине на зовнішній вигляд і форму? ЦТ дрона, бажано ним оперувати в аеродинамічній трубі.. можливо все простіше і не можу вловити суть...

За посиланням в технічному завданні доступні до завантаження файли в stl. Не найкращий варіант для інженерної та конструкторської роботи.
Звертаючи увагу ще й на попередній коментар про аеротрубу, запропоную замовнику розширити завдання:
1. Розробка на основі файлів stl моделі в cad. Навіть якщо доступна cad модель в універсальному форматі для подальшої роботи краще зробити нову, щоб мати дерево побудови та оперативно вносити правки при необхідності. Тут краще одразу подумати в якому середовищі буде працювати виконавець.
2. Виконання симуляції аеродинаміки в cfd. І тут є відсилки до першого пункту та особливостей програмного забезпечення конструктора та спеціаліста з розрахунків. Одна особа або незалежні виконавці і т.д.
3. Доведення моделі до заданих/необхідних показників.
4. Випробування реального зразка і наступні кроки по оптимізації конструкції.
Проект вагомий, вартість та строки будуть відповідними.
Тож питання до замовника: чи розглаядається можливість застосування симуляції на певних етапах розробки?
