- наиболее эффективные варианты передачи данных с устройства с RFID сенсором и акселерометром на другое устройство нарасстоянии 50-200м.

Дополню вышесказанное - какая частота обмена, размер пакета и процент потерь являются допустимым?
Какова цель?
Консультация возможна, но зачастую если нет внятного ТЗ то голосовые говорильни мало помогут. Или же там явно не на пол часа обсуждения.
Бально что бы оставить ставку нужно понимать сколько времени это займёт и сколько сил потребуется. По уму вообще на бумаге очертить границы интересов, предметную область и уже созваниваться для формирования чёткой картины.
Только видов связи на такое расстояние можно десятками исчислять (и я не только про радисвязь) а если углубится то и вовсе можно придумать что то чётко под задачу
