Консультація по Google sheets на Ipad

Виникла проблема, яку не можу самостійно вирішити.
Виявилось, що на Ipad в google sheets немає можливості вставити за значенням (paste as value).
Написав макрос, що вставляє формули за значенням, але макрос на iPad не запускаються.
Важливо зробити елегантне рішення, яке можна зафіксувати в регламенті (варіант вставити в numbers не пропонувати)
Потрібна консультація як можна вирішити це питання. Ідеально було б зробити макрос (або код), який би запускався за певним тригером (наприклад написати слово "запуск" в певну комірку) і:
- копіював і відправляв на пошту значення певної сторінки
- стачення іншої сторінки копіював в кінець певної таблиці
