Project Description An experienced Google Ads specialist is needed to work on a project in the field of e-commerce and lead generation primarily in the Ukrainian market.
At the first stage, this is a one-time (project) job: to conduct an audit of the current advertising (or account, if it already exists) and prepare a detailed promotion plan. If the collaboration is successful and the results are satisfactory, we plan to transition to permanent cooperation with regular workload.
What Needs to Be Done Audit of the Google Ads account (if campaigns are already running): structure of campaigns, ad groups, keywords; quality of ads, extensions, landing pages; targeting, bids, budgets settings; analysis of conversions and tracking quality (Google Analytics/GTM, goals, e-commerce tracking); identification of problem areas and growth points. Promotion strategy: structure of future campaigns (Search, Shopping/Performance Max, remarketing, etc. — depending on specifics); recommendations on semantics, USP, landing pages; estimated budget and forecast of results (leads/sales, CPL/CPA); step-by-step launch plan. Present the results in the form of a document with clear conclusions and recommendations.
Requirements Proven experience with Google Ads of 2+ years, preferably specifically in e-commerce and/or lead generation. Experience auditing others' accounts — ability to quickly understand the structure and find "bottlenecks". Understanding of Google Analytics 4, cross-analytics, e-commerce tracking. Experience working with the Ukrainian market (audience specifics, competition, seasonality). Ability to present results in a structured manner — not just "numbers", but a clear action plan. Experience with Performance Max and Google Merchant Center will be a plus.
