Дело в том, что для качественной оценки сайтов-доноров вам будет недостаточно консультации, необходимо иметь доступ к платным сервисам, которые выдают определенные метрики. Врядли вам целесообразно покупать в них доступ для 1 раза. Лучше сформулируйте задание иначе - отобрать "Х" доноров ссылок на сайт из представленного списка и сформулировать критерии отбора.
