And I understand there are two types of claims, property and non-property.

These three claims I have written are non-property, but if I want moral compensation, will this change the type of this claim and will it become property? 

If so, then the court fee changes. I need to know what this court fee will be, as I understand it is no longer 1211.20 but some other amount must be. 

1) Can I send the claim to a place other than the defendant's residence, since it is unknown to me, to the place of registration? 

2) I am interested in the court fee for these three claims? 

3) Are they property or non-property?

4) The amount of compensation to be specified by the court's decision, does this mean that the court itself determines the amount of compensation that will be paid? Is this even possible? Because the claim was written for me by chat GPT, and he is a liar 🤣.

5) I also have a question regarding another claim that I have not written yet. We had deferred family funds of 6000 dollars that were not divided, and now my ex-husband denies that they ever existed. Should I go to court with these funds for property division, or is it better to go to the police to prove that these funds existed? Should this be handled by the court or the police? Because I have no direct evidence that we had these funds.
