• You have experience in Google Ads (from 1 year), you confidently work with the advertising cabinet

• You understand: the task of advertising is not clicks, but the growth of the client's business

• You can think in terms of tests, funnels, LTV, and unit economics

• You are proficient in English — this is a must-have for our international projects

• You take responsibility and offer solutions, not just wait for a precise brief
