Control of warehouse accounting in AppSheet
- When adding a new product to the system, a unique SKU should be generated automatically. The SKU should include information with the following variables: Photo/Category/Brand/Size/Cost Price/Price/Serial Number. For example: 20 black Adidas t-shirts arrived (XS-1;S-3;M-5;L-7;XL-3;XXL-1) with a cost price of 800 each, selling price 1100. We enter this information into the system at once for the entire receipt, and the system generates a unique SKU for each individual t-shirt, which we can view/print.
- The movement of goods should be recorded by scanning the SKU with a phone, followed by indicating the status (received/shipped) and the quantity.
- The application should display the history of goods movement in a separate tab: which product, in what quantity, and the amount received or shipped, with the ability to generate reports by days and selected periods.
The AppSheet application should be intuitive and stable. In Google Sheets, there should be the ability to view current inventory and hide certain columns from other users.
