Temperature controller for Arduino

Input data - temperature from the 18b20 sensor
Based on the temperature, the plate must send a signal to the opening/closure of the servo, which regulates the cran to the heat exchanger. In parallel with this, the other server drive should open/close once every X minute, without attachment to any indicators.
I would like to display the current temperature by sensor on the screen, the given temperature, the percentage of opening of the regulating server drive.
The temperature should be set from the input device (will be 4 buttons) on the site, without the need to control the program, also from the terminal is required the ability to display the frequency of switching the 2nd server drive
