дякую за ваше зауваження.справді не розяснили, що преміум вона суто в частині використаних матеріалів, адже вона не може бути преміум по своїм розмірам як для житлового будинку. Житловий будинок на 63м2 думаю ще пару років залишатиметься як середній або соціальний рівень або як тимчасове житло. А щодо товщини стіни з 200мм утеплювачем в стінах, то цього достатньо щоб будинок був достатньо теплим. Зрештою на теплотехнічні характеристики ще його дійде черга бути перевіреним.

Вітаю. Будинок для постійного проживання чи сезонного використання? Конструкції каркасу дерево чи метал і чи розміри плану будуть мінятися, чи висота приміщень і будівлі може бути змінена?

У конкурсі де переможець конкурсу отримує підряд на будівництво будинку ще є якийсь резон бо можна надолужити на будівельних роботах. Але брати участь у конкурсі де тобі можуть в кращому випадку заплатити за роботу нещасні 20-30 тисяч гривень або взагалі можна працювати два тижні чи мысяць і нічого не отримати . На мою думку ваше оголошення виглядає як спроба отримати проект безкоштовно. І це проглядається у вашому проєкті чорним по білому. Мені мої знайомі казали не одноразово що це некоректно писати таке, але я вважаю що не правильно мовчати коли твою роботу намагаються обезцінити. Якщо вам замовники хоба один раз не заплатять за роботу тоді ви мене дуже добре зрозумієте хоча я вам бажаю щоб з вами таке ніколи не трапилося. Я за своєю першою освітою різбляр по дереву і столяр, і знаю скільки коштує збудувати столярний цех і сушку для сушіння деревини, скільки коштує деревообробне обладнання. І це ще не запорука успіху, потрібно ще знайти замованика і отримати то нещасне замовлення. А потім ще все зробити так щоб з тобою розрахувалися за роботу, і коли людей дурять і не розраховуються за замовлення вони часто не витримують і їдуть лікуватися до Львова на вул. Кульпарківську у психіатричну обласну лікарню. Так от робота архітектора чи дизайнера це теж не легкі хліби, я вам це говорю з власного досвіду. Спробуйте це зрозуміти, тоді можливо вам хтось запроектує будинок, а якщо не спробуєте то я якось це переживу. Успіху.
