Відкрив файли stl та obj з архіву. Правда, з телефону. Але ніяких артефактів там не знайшов.

артефакти зявляються коли модель вже переведена в glb формат.

то у вас на рендері артефакти, чи ви просто в вьюпорті щось запримітили незвичайне на меш, з прозорим матер'ялом?

Саме такої ж думки і я. Геометрія там не порушена. Там скоріш за все таке відображення в програмі при роботі з напівпрозорими матеріалами.

Проблема скорей всего с текстурами ,а не с моделью !

Незначні артефакти були в місцях де меш вина заходить за скло (легко фікситься модифікатором Shrinkwrap. В цілому модель в нормі, але матеріали не імпортуються як слід. Чи є у вас зображення етикетки?
