Commercial proposal: Conversion of DXF to CNC
Object: Drawing "Housing" (1154 elements).
Source status: Critical (garbage geometry).

Technical audit (Red flag)
Geometry: Instead of arcs and circles — thousands of segments (LINE). Direct loading into CAM will result in a "jagged" edge and overheating of the spindle on turns. Approximation to splines is required.

Layers: Absent. Manual division into operations is necessary (Sampling 10 mm / Cutting 15.5 mm).

Risks: Tabs are not specified in the technical specifications. Without them, the part measuring 1600x1500 mm will turn into scrap during the final pass.
Scope of work
Reviving the drawing: Merging segments into closed contours, replacing "broken" holes with CIRCLE vectors.
CAM processing: * Setting up the cutting strategy (Leads) for 15 mm plywood.
Placement of technological bridges (holding parts).
Separation of trajectories by depth (Z-levels).
Post-processing: Generation of the control program for a specific GRBL/NC Studio/Mach3 stand? - MUST SPECIFY Expand
