Ничего не понял.
«Для добавленных товаров в корзину нужно выставлять скидки в процентах» — в процентах от чего? Какая логика добавления скидок?
Потом я подумал и решил что вы имеете ввиду, что механизм опенкарта по добавлению скидок вас не устраивает, потому что там нужно писать только новую цену, а вам нужно чтобы процент или сумму скидки. Но это всё происходит в карточке товара, и к корзине не имеет никакого отношения.
И по поводу возможности внесения правок в проект тоже поясните, это вроде как и так само собой разумеющееся

Здесь нужно добавить функционал для пересчета и изменения цены товара (этот функционал присутствует, но его работоспособность не устраивает), с дальнейшим выводом всех изменений в pdf документ (это есть и работает).
