Себестоимость изделий не должна быть слишком большой (без излишеств, но с учётом безопасной эксплуатации).

Для обеспечения высокого КПД котла его стоимость получится немалой с учетом того, что вся топка должна находиться в водяной рубашке, а верхняя часть над топкой должна иметь немалую длину (у меня это 800 мм) полностью заполненную водой с узкими каналами для дыма. В общем тут либо недорого, либо эффективно. Недорого и эффективно при нынешних ценах на металл не получится. Мой котел имеет высоту 1600 мм и при этом я бы еще выше сделал, потому как при полной загрузке выходная труба дымохода все еще слишком горячая.
