We are in the process of modifying the template and need support on the front end.
I would like to set the work at 15 hours (we definitely won't exceed this - we will create a timesheet) - hence the budget proposal.
The topic is generally simple. Below is the description (first Polish, then English)

Problem with the current version
The website looks inconsistent and disorganized - it does not reflect the brand's character. The previous collaboration did not yield the expected results: sections were copied 1:1 from inspirational sites, which looks unnatural. The only element that can be retained as a reference point is the shade of neon colors from the current version - a light pink-yellow palette, subtle and not flashy.
What we expect
• Dark background as the default appearance of the site
• Subtle neon accents - pink, orange, yellow, purple; delicate, not
flashy
• Day/night mode switch for the user - the template does not
currently support this
• A "wow" effect while maintaining simplicity and clarity
• Own interpretation of inspiration - not copying ready-made sections

The site operates at goldenoreitc.eu and is built on WordPress with a template purchased
on ThemeForest (brand Lumi, project: Customer Support Software). We are in the process of working on
the main page - the rest of the subpages have not yet been started.

I’d like to clarify a couple of things to stay within the planned 15 hours:
1. Should I work based on your existing ThemeForest template (Lumi), or am I free to redesign sections more flexibly (while keeping WordPress structure)?
2. Do you already have a design (Figma or structured references), or should I create the visual direction based on the examples you shared?
From my side:
- I specialize in WordPress (themes, frontend, ACF, performance)
- I’ll make everything fully responsive (desktop / tablet / mobile)
- I can implement dark/light mode and a clean neon-style UI as described
