I reviewed the screenshots of your pull-out box (760 mm wide). It looks like an expedition vehicle organizer, a mobile kitchen (camping box), or a specialized pull-out module for a frame. The task is excellent — to transform a functional but visually simple box made of sheet material (plywood or metal) into an ergonomic, stylish premium product.

My engineering-designer ideas for your box:
1. Weight reduction without loss of rigidity:
When we make cuts in sheet material, it is critically important to avoid stress concentration at the corners so that the panel does not crack under load. Sometimes a parametric pattern (a system of technological cuts or perforations) is made, which will reduce the weight of the box by 20-30%, but will also act as ribs of stiffness, maintaining torsional strength.
2. Ergonomics and integration (Details):
I agree with your idea of moving away from external hardware in favor of integrated handles. I will design milled or punched handle grooves with ergonomic rounding for finger grip. They will be a monolithic part of the facade, nothing will catch on them during transport, and this will reduce assembly costs.
3. Style concepts:
I will propose 3 different directions for the visual solution of the facades (for example: strict utilitarian "Off-road/Tactical" with broken lines; concise "Scandinavian" minimalism with warm wooden textures; or futuristic high-tech).
