Приложение реализованое на базе Android и iOS, позволяющее идентифицировать конкретное (идентификатор?) блютус устройство (уровень сигнала - определяющий расстояние до устройства, и запускающее на основе этих данных сторонее приложение с GPS навигацией).
Например, приложение должно автоматически включить сторонние приложения GPS навигации (или другие приложение) и запускать функцию треккинга (start) при расстоянии менее 1 метра до блютус точки при одновременном начале движения фиксируемого по GPS дтачку телефона более 4 км/ч . При остановке движения и-или увеличении расстояния более чем на 1 метр, приложение должно отдать команду треккингу (pause или stop). Приложение должно работать в дежурном режиме, проверяя наличие соединений.
Разработать протокол передачи данных между приложениями или использовать имеющиеся.
