1C - KSEF API integration

I need to integrate my 1C with KSEF (API). I would start with aploading my sales invoices to KSEF - 3 layouts of my invoices may need small changes to be compatibile with FA_3 structure, I need to generate xml (just in case to upload it manually) and API comunication.
English or Polish is a must (although Russian can be found in my 1C).
I would need a rate per hour and an estimation of the time needed.
I am looking for someone for permanent cooperation, there will be further tasks.

As I see, there are two tasks in your request.
1. Develop or adapt an export XML file of your invoice. While I don't know the exact structure of your invoice file, I count it as a full development of file export.
2. API integration. There are two processes - authorisation and invoice export.
According to the description above, I calculated the approximate budget - 2600 PLN.
