Добрый день,
Нужно сделать фильтр, как на образце. Только что бы при смене заднего фона на другое изображение, оставался такой же эффект, но в градациях серого.
Цену за работу не знаю, предлагайте.

Вы правы, взято с купюры, но где вы видели черно-белые деньги? Речь идет об создании эффекта с максимальным попаданием в оригинал

Можна погратись з openGL в кого є бажання..... Там щось подібне циклічною розкладкою пікселів можна вимутить !!!
