Программа должна поддерживать Украинских операторов, поддерживать массовую рассылку , у меня база 980 номеров. Надо что б я запустил задачу и она сама по себе исполнялась, рассылая смс.С возможностью проверки доставлено ли сообщение. И заменой номера отправителя на слова или другой псевдо номер. Сергей, бесплатные СМС можно организовать - у мобильных операторов есть mail-to-SMS шлюзы, с помощью которых можно такую штуку провернуть. Простым phpmail-ом или даже системным mail. Но!
1. Количество сообщений в сутки ограничено 100 штуками;
2. Доставка таких сообщений не гарантирована - шлюзы оператор поддерживает по остаточному принципу, они частенько не работают;
3. В силу п.2, сообщение, отправленное в 9:00 может дойти клиенту через 24 часа;
4. Для отправки сообщения необходим все равно реальный тел.номер отправителя и его регистрация в "личном кабинете" оператора. Т.е., для 1000 СМСок вам потребуется 10 реальных живых номеров, которые вам все равно придется оплачивать.
Поэтому, я в свое время, организовывая рассылку СМС, все-таки купил GSM-модем и карточку с пакетом на 100000 СМС в месяц - такие пакеты есть. Можно заказать и большее число СМС.
