Дуже дешево + опис ТЗ дуже поганий. Не ясно, що конкретно робити. Знизу прикріплено 4 файли, щоб їх прочитати треба витратити далеко не одну годину. Як мінімум за це вже можна взяти 300+ грн. А ви хочете, щоб людина витратила час на те, щоб прочитати вимоги Вашого викладача, виконала поставлене дуже НЕ ЧІТКО завдання і за це 300-500 грн? Смішно)

"розуміє суть завдання"? так Ви завдання не написали по суті. Ви написали просто тематику завдання, не більше. Звичайно, я можу просто прогорнути, але мене (і не тільки мене, як видно по тому, що 2 користувачі оцінили опис проєкту в 0 та 7 користувачів поставили занижений бюджет) нервують такі недолугі замовники. Те що Ви у від'їзді нікому не цікаво. Я кажу про те, що суть завдання полягає не в тому, щоб просто написати програму, а ще й в тому, щоб прочитати купу документації від Вашого викладача, а лише потім писати програму і за це 500 грн ну дуже мало, а 300 - тим більше.
