Хотим логотип просто черный, ну и его противоположный на темном фоне белый логотип.

Все потому что на визитках и мерче такой логотип будет смотрется хорошо и на сайте вставить проблем не будет.
Еще хочется, чтобы расписано было как его правильно должны вставлять в дизайны, какие отступы должны быть и размеры. Наверное это "брендбуком.
