Дякую. Судячи з креслення, на ділянці вже є забудова, чи є по ній дані? Це для того, щоб розуміти з чим працювати, можна також фото ділянки. І що саме ви маєте під міграцією грунту? Вас потрібно буде данні по переміщенню грунту по ділянці та прорахунок можливих підпірних стінок? Ви хочете терасувати ділянку під озеленення чи забудову?

На ділянці в даний момент забудов нема, на геодезії вказана сусідська забудова. Міграція ґрунту мається на увазі переміщення ґрунту з місця встановлення фундаменту і розподіл по ділянці для вирівнювання перепадів. Терасування залишається у вигляді пропозиції від вас як опція.
