The document preparation service is looking for a specialist in lead generation and social media management. We mainly work with Russian-speaking clients.
I am looking for a person who can not only publish content but also attract clients and work towards results.
Responsibilities:
Instagram:
– editing and publishing 4–5 Reels per week (materials provided)
– creating carousels in Canva
– writing texts based on my theses
– daily stories
– responding in Direct according to the script
Facebook:
– managing the business page
– duplicating and adapting content
– searching for and joining thematic groups
– posting ads according to group rules
– monitoring discussions and finding potential clients
– being active in comments
Finding clients in groups and chats:
– searching for relevant Facebook groups, Telegram chats, and communities
– posting ads
– participating in discussions
– messaging in private messages according to the script
– maintaining a table with leads and activity
Working with leads:
– responding to incoming messages
– preliminary qualification
– transferring clients for consultation
– follow-up
– maintaining a Google sheet with statuses
Requirements:
– experience managing Instagram and Facebook
– experience working with groups and lead generation
– Canva
– basic video editing (CapCut or similar)
– structured and responsible
– ability to work according to KPI
– proficient Russian language
Knowledge of Ukrainian or other languages of the former CIS countries will be a plus.
Work format:
Remote, 25 hours per week.
Payment:
$500 fixed per month + 10% from each paid client who came through your lead generation.
If we work well together and there are stable results, we will gradually move to full-time (up to 40 hours per week) with a review of the terms.
