Условия работы:
- 4 часа в день (в идеале с 10, но как вам удобней будет в течении рабочего дня)
- Работа условно удаленная. 1 день в неделю работаем вместе в офисе (Киев, м. Шулявка), остальные дни удаленно.
- Своевременная ЗП 2 раза в месяц
Требования:
- Наличие интернета и ноутбука
- Коммуникабельность и целеустремленность
- Возраст до 21 года
- Пунктуальность
- Исполнительность.
Обязанности:
- Организация и контроль внешних и внутренних встреч, координация совещаний с участием руководителя;
- Коммуникация с клиентами и поставщиками услуг (переписка);
- Выполнение поручений руководителя.
- контроль порядка в рабочем процессе, распределение задач по дням недели и контроль за их выполнением
- сбор и структурирование необходимой информации
- Ведение календаря руководителя и команды
ЗП: 8000 в месяц (за пол рабочего дня)
