Lead generation DevOps/Odoo (Upwork + Freelancehunt)
Project Goal
Engaging qualified leads for DevOps and Odoo projects in European and US markets through Upwork and Freelancehunt. We want to reach new clients, increase brand awareness, and create a quality database of potential customers.
What we expect from you:
Work only through our Upwork and Freelancehunt accounts.
All actions — searching, submitting applications, communication — are performed exclusively from the company's profiles. Personal accounts are not used for work. Access to accounts is provided after signing an NDA.Daily monitoring of new projects, setting filters, market analysis.
Preparing personalized proposals — we write not just “something,” but tailored to each client. Your English must be lively and understandable!
Client analysis — if you see that the company is promising (budget, geography, profile), emphasize targeted engagement.
Dialogue management — responses, clarifications, follow-ups, qualification. Your task is to lead the potential client to the next step: a call, request for proposal, or providing a technical task.
Record keeping — all applications and responses are logged in Google Sheets (a personal spreadsheet is allowed, transparency is key).
Weekly reporting — brief, clear, structured.
Definition of “qualified lead” (important!)
A lead is considered qualified only if it meets ALL the following criteria:
Market: Client from Europe or the USA (other regions are not considered).
Project: Theme — DevOps (Cloud, CI/CD, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, automation) or Odoo (implementation, development, integrations).
Budget: Expected project budget from 1000 euros or more (or equivalent in local currency).
Contact: The client has engaged in dialogue — agreed to a call, requested a commercial proposal, or provided details for project assessment.
Clear confirmation: Interest is documented in correspondence (Upwork/Freelancehunt/another channel), with a direct link to this communication.
Uniqueness: The client is not in our database, and the contact was received for the first time from you within this project.
Quality of dialogue: The client is genuinely interested, not just “asked a question.” Leads that do not respond after 1-2 messages or propose dubious projects are not considered.
Adherence to NDA: All information about such a client is not shared with third parties.
Leads that do not meet these criteria are not paid. Disputed cases are resolved in favor of the client.
What KPIs:
At least 50 quality applications per month.
Response from at least 20% of clients (if the market is “difficult,” adjustments will be made).
Reach 5-10 qualified leads.
All leads must be relevant in terms of budget and market.
How we pay:
1000 UAH for each qualified lead.
8000 UAH bonus — if you sign a contract with your lead for 5000 euros or more.
Payment — weekly after report verification.
Everything is transparent — no “hidden terms.”
What else is important:
Experience with Upwork or Freelancehunt — great! Please respond with examples/cases.
English no lower than B2 (correspondence and proposals in English).
Use a professional but friendly tone in communication — we want clients to enjoy communicating with us!
Meet deadlines and stay “reachable.”
NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement):
All information you receive during the project (client data, internal processes, correspondence, documents) is confidential.
Signing an NDA is mandatory before starting. Violating this condition is grounds for immediate termination of cooperation.
