getting native linguists who actually understand testing and QA flow is always a challenge. usually you get translators who don't know how to report layout bugs, or QA guys with robotic localizations. from my experience with multi-language rollouts, if you don't set up a strict glossary and localization test cases early, things like German text expansion will break your UI layouts and nobody will log it. had this exact case on a similar QA project last year.
my native language is polish but i work with a partner who is a native german speaker. our pairs are english to polish and english to german. cv is attached. i do the localization testing and QA side while she handles translation.
here is the plan. first, we review your translation guidelines and QA tools. then, we localize the content and run hands-on testing in the UI. finally, we polish the strings in context.
