Job Description:
Linkbuilder & Outreach Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to increase the quantity and quality of backlinks to PRNEWS.IO’s website, while also expanding our outreach efforts to relevant media outlets, journalists, and influencers in the PR and media space. The ideal candidate will have experience with B2B SEO, and outreach campaigns, and a strong understanding of how to build and maintain relationships that enhance PR and SEO results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute link-building strategies that align with PRNEWS.IO’s overall marketing goals;
- Getting backlinks via different approaches: pitching, submitting to catalogs and listings, paid placements, etc;
- Identify high-authority websites and relevant media outlets for backlink opportunities;
- Build relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and website owners to secure quality backlinks;
- Create personalized email outreach templates and campaigns to pitch PRNEWS.IO’s offerings and obtain backlinks;
- Monitor the effectiveness of link-building campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance data;
- Collaborate with the content team to align outreach strategies with content creation;
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to link-building and outreach efforts;
- Stay updated on SEO best practices, link-building trends, and PR industry developments.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in link-building and outreach, preferably for B2B SaaS or PR-focused companies;
- Written English language proficiency — C1;
- Other language proficiency would be a plus;
- ChatGPT knowledge and ability to work with prompting;
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring backlinks from high-authority websites;
- Strong understanding of SEO and how backlinks impact rankings;
- Experience with automation outreach tools (e.g., Hunter.io, BuzzSumo, Pitchbox, etc.);
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously;
- Knowledge of media PR, influencer marketing, and digital PR strategies;
- Ability to analyze data and report on campaign performance to optimize strategies;
- A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
Would be a plus:
- Experience working with PRNEWS.IO or similar platforms;
- Experience in SaaS companies;
- Ability to work independently.
