The main nuance here is the quality for large printing. A regular image cannot be stretched to 80 cm — there will be pixels.
My approach (Startfire Studio):
1. Graphics: I will create a layout in vector (Adobe Illustrator). This guarantees that the lines will be perfectly straight and clear both on a small postcard and on a large poster.
2. Style: I will choose a "lively" font (like in the example) and compose the illustration in such a way that it attracts attention but does not overshadow the date and time.
3. Preparation: You will receive two PDF files (CMYK), fully ready for transfer to the printing house (taking into account the bleed).
