I have preliminarily checked your website. Technically, the data transfer from the CMS is set up - I see that signals for adding to the cart and placing an order are being sent to Google. However, 120 clicks with 0 orders is a clear signal of an error in the conversion setup logic. I have a hypothesis about where the error lies.
Regarding the advertising campaigns: there will be junk clicks in any case, but the algorithms need to be trained to work. For this, micro-conversions are set up, enhanced matching (data transfer) is implemented, and offline conversions are transmitted. This is critical, as there is a gap between the "place order" click and the actual payment at the post office. With your current Google Ads settings, Google "thinks" it is performing at 100%: clicks were requested - clicks are present.
In the long term, I recommend switching to GTM. This will allow you to enable enhanced conversions and effectively collect audiences, which is very important for goods with cash on delivery. There are also usability issues: 120 to 0 is an indicator that customers find it inconvenient on the site - I myself spent a long time looking for the cart.
I will find where the errors are in the conversion architecture, check the junk queries (although the problem is most likely not with them), and provide consultation on how to properly run a campaign focusing not on clicks, but on value.
