We are building a VPN product with convenient onboarding, an attractive offer, and a subscription model.
We need a marketer for the project who thinks in numbers, quickly tests hypotheses, and drives channels to sustainable unit economics.
Tasks:
- Formulate a growth strategy: hypotheses → tests → scaling
- Manage the funnel: traffic → signup → trial → purchase → renewal, identify bottlenecks, and increase conversion
- Launch and manage channels (based on your strengths):
- performance advertising
- SEO / content
- Telegram / influencers
- partnerships / affiliate
- referral mechanics
- Work on positioning and localization for CIS / EN / UAE markets (messages, value proposition, offers)
Key metrics (KPI):
- CAC / CPA by funnel stages
- CR: visit → signup, signup → trial, trial → purchase
- Retention (D7 / D30), churn, renewal rate
- MRR / Revenue growth, payback period
- ROMI / ROAS (where applicable)
- Share of organic and referrals
- Growth of branded queries (for SEO / PR)
Requirements (mandatory):
- 2+ years in digital / performance / growth marketing
(subscriptions, apps, SaaS, fintech, privacy niches — a big plus)
- Ability to showcase cases with numbers:
what was → what was done → what metrics changed
- Understanding of unit economics, funnels, and cohort analysis
- Experience working with a hypothesis-driven approach and rapid iterations
- English at a level sufficient for launching EN / UAE tests
(creatives, landing pages, communication)
Important:
In the VPN niche, there are restrictions on advertising platforms.
We need a specialist who can find effective strategies, navigate restrictions legally, and always keep a focus on metrics and results.
