Project description:

A complete technical and SEO audit of the site on the OpenCart CMS is required. After the change of the employee who had access to the site, it is necessary to check the correctness of operation, security, possible unauthorized changes, and restore the stable operation of the site and sales.

Scope of work

1️⃣ Security and access

    •    Check all administrators in OpenCart

    •    Check FTP / hosting / database for external or unnecessary accesses

    •    Check third-party scripts, APIs, cron jobs

    •    Search for backdoors, suspicious inserts (eval, base64, hidden redirects)

2️⃣ Files and code

    •    Check .htaccess files, index.php, core files of OpenCart

    •    Analyze the dates of the last changes to the files

    •    Detect and remove harmful or suspicious edits

    •    Document all found changes

3️⃣ OpenCart settings

    •    Check products (status, prices, stock)
