I have extensive experience in the field of print design, graphic design, but I want to increase the number of clients and open a design team. Initially, I need a person who will be responsible for finding those clients. I am ready to pay 20 percent of each project or we can discuss a specific amount, but with a contract regarding the number of projects (clients and amount) that you will bring to us.
