Нужна девушка 18-30 лет на постоянную работу менеджером небольших интернет-магазинов. Тематика: детские игрушки и ягоды для похудения.
Работа на дому. Можно при этом подрабатывать где-то ещё, выполнять задания на фрилансе. Звонков в день не много - 5-20, т.е. фактически вы будете работать час-два в день, но самое главное быть онлайн с 10-00 до 20-00 по Москве! Т.е. могут позвонить, написать в чат и вы должны ответить. Т.е. студентам не подходит и мамам с маленькими детьми тоже!!! Конечно, ничего страшного не случится, если 1-2 раза не возьмешь трубку, но потом надо перезвонить как можно быстрее. Также нужно будет вести базу клиентов и отслеживать процесс доставки заказа. Если где-то будет какая-то проблема с доставкой надо будет её решить. Т.е. звонить клиентам или в службу доставки.
Требования:
1) Коммуникабельность. Умение общаться с незнакомыми людьми. Желателен опыт в продажах.
2) Знание ПК - excel, skype.
3) Хорошее знание русского языка, чтобы писать без ошибок.
4) Наличие стабильного безлимитного интернета.
ЗП - 10% от выручки!
Раз на раз не приходится, было и 5000 в мес., было и 20000 в мес. (на нг) у бывшего менеджера. В последний месяц заказов стало больше, поэтому можно расчитывать на зп от 10000 руб/мес.
