Зарплата 5000 грн (повышение зп зависит от вашего желания работать и качества выполнения работы).
Требования:
1. Молодой, приятный голос.
2. Целеустремленность
3. Коммуникабельность.
4. Справляться с поставленными задачами.
5. Обязательно: хороший интернет, компьютер, тихая комната, гарнитура.
6. Элементарные знания про мобильные телефоны.
7. Умение продавать (приветствуется опыт в колл-центре в каком-то интернет-магазине) или хотя бы знать, как правильно общаться с клиентами по телефону, как из клиента сделать покупателя (Все логично: чем больше заказов, тем больше зп)
Задачи:
1) Прием звонков
2) Перезванивать клиентам, сделавшие заказ через корзину/купить в один клик/через чат (в течение максимум 15 мин)
3) Рабочий график: пн-пт с 9.00 до 20.00, сб до 15.00, вс - выходной или по договоренности (по вашему желанию)
