Метод кінцевих елементівв - створення моделі тазу
Всім доброго дня!
Суть проекту - навчити мене алгоритму створення моделі таза (таз-це орган в даному випадку), де різні кінцеві елементи матимуть різну щільність.
Коротко про основу для проекту - є КТ-скани тазу, сегментований таз (формат STL) з цього КТ, программа Abaqus, в якій буде проводить аналіз методом кінцевих елементів. За допомогою формул можна перевести щільність тканин з КТ-знімків (шкала Хаунсфілда) на модуль пружності (Юнга), що є необзідним для аналізу методом кінцевих елементів в нашому випадку. Моделюватись будуть різні варіанти операцій на тазу, тому мені потрібен або алгоритм або якась программа, що зможе за допомогою вказаних формул перевести щільність тканини на пружність.
Ідеально, якщо це робитиметься автоматично.
