Methodologist for Video Course

We are looking for a methodologist to develop our educational video course (for further placement on the YouTube channel) on programming in Roblox. This is an online video course aimed at children aged 9–12 years, where they will be able to create their own games. We already have video, text material for it, and a professional who will record the voiceover. We need a specialist with a pedagogical education who can combine all this into one interesting and effective video course. Someone who can think through the video itself, how to record it interestingly, what dynamics to create, possibly add humor and interactivity, etc.

We need to make this video material more interesting, more understandable. Think through or select additional visual material for the video. Possibly think through a script with hooks and triggers at the beginning of the video.

The video should be simple, understandable, and friendly. The style should be engaging and interactive. The use of animations, illustrations, and examples is highly encouraged. There may be ideas for visualizing the material. Smooth transitions between different parts of the video so that the child can easily follow the narrative.

The budget is indicated for one video, lasting approximately 5 minutes.

Tasks of the methodologist: 

Analysis and adaptation of content: 

Review of existing text and video material. 

Assessment of its compliance with the age category and educational goals. 

Making suggestions for improving the material to enhance its effectiveness. 

Development of methodological structure: 

Creating a clear and logical structure for the video. 

Determining the sequence in the video, considering the complexity and interrelation of the material. 

Interactive elements and tasks: 

Developing tasks, exercises, and tests that will help reinforce the material. 

Preparing interactive elements to maintain student interest. 

Requirements for the candidate: 

Experience in the field of education or methodology. 

Knowledge of modern teaching methods and interactive learning. 

Ability to adapt complex material for children. 

Creativity and innovative approach to developing educational content. 

Experience in programming or IT is preferred.
