Цікавий проект але тут є багато нюансів: пускові струми, тертя гайки і витна, точність позиціонування. Це все можна виправити але потрібно знати що буде рухатись і на чому, краще малюнок. Маю рішення якщо це у вас тільки початкова стадія проектування.

Простіше за все по датчиками або концевікам довжину ходу виставити,
а усилие по струму на моторі вимірювати.
тільки не зрозуміло як завжди що за мотор, є або нема редуктора.
Або може Вас якісь кроковий з енкодером )
