My name is Peter and I am the founder of a young IT school Project-C. Our specialization is non-technical specialties in IT - recruitment/HR , sales, project management, etc.Currently I am looking for a teacher of English for a mini-project dedicated to the topic of recruitment and HR.The meaning of the project is in the preparation of 5-6 videos, a duration of 20-30 minutes, on the given topics.Themes can be changed by the teacher, here according to agreement.In fact, this is a mini course in job interview + it office life + recruiting.Example list of topics: Interview (interviewer) - activity in general and questions to the applicant to check his competences, character, motivation, etc. Interview (interviewer) - activity and answers to questions, with an emphasis on non-trivial vocabulary, live speech and knowledge of specific words.Specific questions on language knowledge - here is the emphasis on the questions that are asked to people with high English in the CV to verify the credibility of this statement, the emphasis on the vocabulary, idiots, tags questions, etc. Recruiter's work - the collection of requests to the candidate, communication with the team on the subject, what hard and soft skills are desirable, and what should be exactly with their future colleagues Writing vacations and cold letters - here is the emphasis on the sequence of blocks, how to correctly start and finish writing, the features of messages on different platforms, etc.In the opinion of the teacher, the topics can be replaced or combined, the main thing, so that the general usefulness of the material does not disappear from changes.Ideas for improving the list are only welcome 🙂
