For example, I can rewrite the code to take into account:
1) Minimum order amount for countries
if ( $country = 'US' ) {

2) Minimum order amount for delivery zones
if ( $zone_name == 'Europe' ) {
$min_order_amount = 70;
3) The same can be done by currency if you get the currency basket and also make the terms for the value of get_woocommerce_currency();
