Видимо когда делали проект программиста к разработке не допустили ) У вас по сути описаны 2 разных проекта. Один под андройд, второй под iOS. Кроме того. Я надеюсь вы в курсе что GPT* только для членов профсоюза? То есть далеко не во всех странах работает. Далее могу заметить, что хранение базы данных на самом мобильном устройстве достаточно опрометчивое решение. При эксплуатации самого устройства нехватка места не редкость. Ну или лично я пообщавшись с OpenAI кроме того как "на редкость тупой бот" никаких больше впечатлений не получил. Браузерный поисковик гугля на порядок умнее

Не ну база данных тут видимо для хранения сообщение(мессенджеры та тоже локально хрананят некоторый (limit) объем-Да за которым надо послеживать) GPT Я тоже так понимаю он централизован на сервере-поэтому страна не важна

GPT поддерживает санкции. Значит в 3х странах уже точно не работает. В Китае гугль запрещен, видимо там тоже.

Не знаю что там уникального и запатентованного- в сухом остатке прога переводчик с "новомодными наворотами"
Я бы предложил разбить проект на части прототипов
кто то oauth сделает(прототип образец)
кто то модуль перевода(образец пример)
Кто-то перевод речи в тект(использованием разных сервисов третьих лиц типа гугловских)
Кто-то инегрирует API AI нейросетей
И потом по прототипам (когда уже есть предпроектные исследования и программные прототипы все это собирать)
