We are looking for a developer who will build a mobile application for iOS and Android using React Native + Expo with active use of Claude (Claude Code / vibe coding) and bring it to release in the App Store and Google Play.
What we already have ready:
- Complete PRD (Product Requirements Document)
- Detailed User Stories with acceptance criteria for each screen and flow
- Schematic User Flow of the entire application
- Sketches and design drafts (final design is NOT needed — Claude will generate the UI itself, your task is to polish it, eliminate lags, and make everything stable and functional)

Stack (negotiable, but):
✅ React Native + Expo (Dev Client) — our priority choice
✅ EAS Build for building and deploying
✅ Expo Router, expo-notifications, react-native-maps, Mixpanel RN SDK
❌ Native separately (Swift + Kotlin with two codebases) NOT considered — for MVP this doubles the time and money
❌ Ionic / Cordova / PWA — not suitable
⚠️ Flutter — will consider only if you have 2+ released applications on it in stores and you justify why it is better for our task
What needs to be done:
- Build a mobile application for iOS and Android using React Native + Expo
- Connect basic services: WhatsApp verification by number, push notifications (APNs + FCM via expo-notifications), storage for photos and documents, database, maps with address pin
- Create a minimal admin panel (literally a couple of screens: user list, document verification for caregivers, block/unblock, view reports). This can also be built with Claude — stack is negotiable, can be simple web on Next.js or Retool, or React + Supabase
- Connect Mixpanel analytics — the list of events and user properties is already documented
- Set up EAS Build, pass through App Store and Google Play review, release to production
It is important to understand the approach: Your job is NOT to "write everything from scratch by hand", but to: — properly guide Claude according to our documentation — connect external services and SDKs where Claude cannot reach — manually dive into the code when something breaks, lags, or Claude is sluggish — real experience with React Native and understanding how native mobile development works under the hood is needed — set up builds, certificates, provisioning profiles, signing keys — pass store reviews (this is a separate skill, without it there will be no release) — bring the product to a state where it can be used without bugs and lags
Who we are looking for (mandatory):
✅ Real experience in mobile application development using React Native — not tutorials, but live projects
✅ Experience publishing at least 2–3 applications in the App Store and Google Play (with review passed by you personally)
✅ Experience working with Expo / EAS Build on real projects
✅ Experience working with Claude / Claude Code / vibe coding on real projects — not "tried, cool" ✅ Ability to read and edit native code by hand (when it is necessary to dive into iOS/Android modules), debug, understand someone else's code
✅ Understanding how to connect third-party SDKs (Mixpanel, push, file storage, maps)
✅ Knowledge of the pitfalls of App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play Policy
Who we are NOT looking for:
❌ Those who "know Claude" and think that just copying answers into the IDE will make everything work
❌ Those who do not have a single released mobile application
❌ Those who have never dealt with store reviews and do not know what a provisioning profile, signing key, EAS Build is
❌ Juniors without mobile experience
In your response, please indicate:
- Links to 2–3 of your applications in the stores (that you personally published or were the main developer). Preferably on React Native
- Experience with vibe coding / working with Claude — on which projects, what you did, what pitfalls you encountered
- Experience with Expo / EAS Build — yes/no, on which projects
- Approximate timelines and cost
- What you will NOT take on in this project — honestly
