Нужна 3D модель коробки дома. Никакой визуализации интерьера/экстерьера, только 3D модель стен, окон, дверей входных, гаража, внутренней планировки и крыши. Крыша сделана из черепицы - тоже делать 3д моделью. Стены/планировка должны иметь толщину (размеры дам, срезы дам, планировку дам. Будет даже простенький чертеж).

Сетка не важна, но в пределах разумного (без миллиона полигонов на одну дверь)
Приоритет тем кто работает в cinema 4d, но подойдет выходной файл и в obj/fbx
Моделим в реальных размерах, с масштабом 1 к 1. Точность в пределах +/- 10 см устраивает.
Сроки не важны. Сделаете за неделю - круто. Сделаете за месяц - тоже сойдет. Кто умеет делать как машина - за день наверное соберут.
Цены предлагайте, проект не срочный, без особых требований и довольно простой.

Здравствуйте, Максим! Неоднократно выполнял именно такие заказы в SketchUp, с сохранением в нужном формате ( obj/fbx). Визуализация в SketchUp хромает, зато моделирование домов исполняется на ура, поэтому и цена и сроки соответствующие). TECHNICAL TASKLooking for a Character Concept Artist / Game ArtistRefinement of an existing AI-generated character for a video game1. Project Information We are developing our own game IP (intellectual property) with the prospect of further scaling. The project is a cross-platform multiplayer game, which is planned to be launched on: iOS Android PC Consoles (prospectively) Game genre: Multiplayer Party Game Competitive Maze Runner Family Friendly Chaos Game Action Arcade Main mechanic: Players control insect characters.2. Current Project Status At this stage, we already have: a formed game concept an understanding of gameplay a defined project style AI-generated characters created through Midjourney At the first stage, we are working with one character. This is:FLY This is currently the main visual reference for the future universe of the game.3. Main Task We already have a generated character. The artist does NOT need to create a character from scratch. Main task: Take the existing AI-generated character (Fly) and translate it into a professional production-quality character concept for further game development. In simpler terms: Do not invent a new character. But professionally refine the existing one.4. Main Idea of the Character The project uses insects that often evoke disgust in real life. For example: fly cockroach wasp spider other insects Our creative task: Transform naturally unpleasant creatures into characters that evoke sympathy, emotional connection, and a desire to interact with them. We want to create characters that can potentially become: brand mascots the basis for merchandise plush toys collectible figurines We are building not just a game. We are building a future franchise.5. Main Reference We already have a ready AI-generated character:Fly (Will be provided to the artist) Important: Radical changes to the main style of the character are prohibited. The existing visual DNA must be preserved.6. Main Style Requirements (MOST IMPORTANT BLOCK)6.1 Full Fluffiness of the Character The character must have a large amount of fur. Reason: Fluffiness neutralizes the natural disgust evoked by the insect. We specifically want to create a creature that is unpleasant by nature but looks attractive at the same time. Short Brief for 3D Artist Need to create a universal low-poly ground based on the reference: A wide valley that is relatively flat in the center of the game area with gently raised edges. The surface should consist of large noticeable triangular polygons, without a too dense mesh. A single mesh is used for all biomes. Ice, water, toxic, and other variants are created by changing the material. I run a custom candle business and am looking for a talented 3D designer / CAD modeler to help create functional and aesthetic custom details for our products. Specifically, I need a custom-fit wick holder (wick centering tool) designed to sit perfectly atop our unique, custom candle jars. The goal is to create a 3D model (STL/STEP format) that is fully optimized for 3D printing (FDM or SLA) so we can manufacture these tools for our production process.
It is necessary to prepare 3D models and animations for integration into Unity. Requirements: For each model, all animations must be included in one model file. Textures do not need to be embedded in the model — they will be connected separately in Unity. Infantryman: The weapon must be immediately in the character's hands. All necessary animations must be included in the model. Airfield and bomber: Separate models and separate animations are needed for the airfield and the bomber.
