Вы прежде чем ставки делать изучите Т.З. и хотя бы примерную стоимость. А то скоро пойдем на базар реализаторами, торговать шматьем.

Для особо одаренных. 3Д моделирование 10-15$ в час. Разработка пром-дизайна 15-40$ час. Не старайтесь довести нашу работу до стоимости разнорабочего (подсобника) на стройке.

только хорошее ПО стоит миллионы рублей, даже в простеньком T-FLEX CAD можно быстро построить.

Минималка 10$ в час не дает исключительные права на результат. На исключительны права можно рассчитывать только при максимальных тарифах.

Исполнитель принимает решение соглашаться или нет на требования заказчика (касательно исключительных прав было бы верно ставить срок по истечению которого можно пользоваться результатом труда непосредственно Исполнителю) например год.

При передаче всех прав на разработанное изделие - стоимость обычно увеличивается от 3 - 5 раз от первоначальной затраченной на разработку.
Такое впечатление заказчики с марса прилетели 🙂

В таких случаях подписывается договор на передачу прав, в котором указывается и сумма возмещения ущерба. В настоящее время такой возможности между Россией и Украиной нет, так как даже международный договор о дружбе и нерушимости границ - разорван. Причина - известна.

опустим тот факт, что взгляд на упомянутую "причину" может отличаться от вашего.
к сути: разрыв договора о дружбе только упростил международные договора - ни с США, ни с Японией у России нет и не было "договоров о дружбе", а контракты о неразглашении и лицензии на исключительное использование - работают.
