Hello, I am looking for someone to make corrections to the architectural project of a residential estate.
What exactly needs to be done:
1. Narrowing the building volumes in SketchUp
The current depth of the buildings: approx. 20-15 m — needs to be reduced to 14 m (this depth allows for proper lighting of the dual-aspect apartments)
The length of the buildings should ideally remain unchanged
Preserve existing facade elements (balconies, windows, divisions) — proportionally adjust or redraw
2. Apartment layout design — 2D plans
Design the layout of 3-4 apartments with 4 staircases in different buildings and different locations (does not need to be in 3D design)
Plans in 2D format (AutoCAD .dwg, PDF, or SketchUp) — to be agreed upon
What I provide:
SketchUp file with the current model
Design guidelines and characteristics of the investment
What I expect:
Corrected SketchUp model (narrowed volumes, maintained visual consistency)
2D plans with the apartment layout
Brief description of the adopted solutions (apartment structure, areas)
The apartment layout project should look like the one in the attachment, meaning a total of 4 such layouts, but sensibly and with correct dimensions.
