1) Remove the user confirmation mechanism by SMS
2) Make the emai field mandatory (by order) and if the user is already registered - add this order to him in the personal office, if not registered - make the order to an anonymous co-seller (or register the user and send him the data to the mail, which is simpler)
This is what you need to do timely, effort - to make the process of order as simple as possible.
The next step will be the creation of a completely new basket from scratch or the use of plugins - that is. All after the successful completion of paragraphs 1 and 2.
