Website on ocStore 2.3.0.2.3, template NewStore v2.6.0.
It is necessary to tidy up the articles section and prepare the site for stable blogging without conflicts and “workarounds”.

1. Blog Module (Functionality and Reference)

It is necessary to implement a blog module for OpenCart 2.3, which covers the basic needs for regular article posting and SEO.

Functional Requirements:

• articles and article categories;
• article list page and individual article page;
• ability to output blog categories in the menu and various areas of the site (through settings, without manual workarounds);
• standard user-friendly text editor with toolbar;
• standard OpenCart image manager;
• separate SEO fields (Title, H1, Description);
• correct SEO URLs.

Reference:
Previously, the site used the blog module “News and Reviews” Version 2.1.3.1, which fully satisfied in terms of logic and functionality, but is now unavailable.

The new module does not have to be identical, but must cover the above functional requirements.

2. Site Cleanup (MANDATORY)

It is necessary to:

• correctly remove the module from DEV from the admin panel and from files/hosting;
• disable/remove the old module “ News and Reviews”,
  since it makes changes to the formation of SEO URLs and may conflict with the new module;
• check that after removal there are no SEO URL conflicts;
• remove the “Blog” button, which is currently added manually (“workaround”);
• the site after cleanup must work stably
  (without 404 / 5xx errors related to modules).

3. Old Articles and SEO (IMPORTANT)

• the old module has articles — I will save them separately (content + URL) and transfer them manually;
• I will handle the 301 redirects myself, this is not part of the task.

4. Acceptance of Work

Work is considered completed if:

• the site opens without 404 / 5xx errors;
• SEO URLs work correctly;
• the new blog module works without conflicts;
• blog pages are displayed correctly on desktop and mobile;
• images are not “squished”, tables do not extend beyond the screen.

👉 Fixing errors related to completed work is included in the cost.

5. Requirements for the Performer

• experience working with OpenCart 2.3;
• understanding of templates like NewStore (or similar);
• careful work without “breaking” the site;
• before starting — briefly explain what is included in the cost.

6. Payment and Organization

• payment only through Safe;
• payment after acceptance of work based on the criteria above.

Budget

I am ready to consider a budget of ~2000 UAH for the entire scope of work
(module + installation + configuration + basic styling + cleanup).
