Так а что должно быть на выходе? Смотрите, у вас указан достаточно большой набор параметров - это понятно, сложная система расчета стоимости. Однако, что должен модуль на сайте делать? Просто отправлять письма или же что-то еще? Кроме того, есть ли на сайте магазин или какой-либо другой компонент, с которым модуль нужно связывать? И как предполагается вести настройку всех параметром? Их можно зашить в коде, но это, как сами понимаете.

Здравствуйте. Компонент должен высчитывать стоимость товара при вписывании размеров. А потом считать доставку в зависимости от стоимости товара и страны. В конечном итоге клиент переходит на страничку оплаты товара. там все написано. Читайте внимательно. На сайте ничего нет. Все в тех задании. Соответственно цены нужно будет со временем менять. Этот компонент нужно псать с нуля. У Вас есть такого уровня квалификация?
