Technical assignment (TA) for video editing and preparation for online courses on earning on Allegro in Poland
1. General information
- Project: Preparation of video courses on earning on the Allegro platform in Poland.
- Number of videos: 40 videos.
- Duration of videos:
- Most videos: 3-6 minutes.
- Total duration of the course: about 3 hours.
- Format of provided materials: raw video recordings, examples of finished courses, script.
2. Editing requirements
Video material editing:
- Cutting video material according to the script and audio files.
- Adding smooth transitions between video segments.
- Synchronizing video with audio (voice).
- Using B-roll (additional inserts) if necessary to illustrate the topic (for example, screenshots of the Allegro website, interface videos, etc.).
Voiceover and voice work:
- Synchronizing voice with video material.
- Removing noise, echo, and other extraneous sounds.
- Adding subtitles (if required).
Graphics and animations:
- Adding titles and text inserts if necessary according to the script.
- Infographics, explanatory elements (arrows, markers, etc.).
- Inserting the company logo and watermarks (if necessary).
- Animation elements to attract attention (interactive hints, callouts, etc.).
Processing and color correction:
- Color and exposure correction for a unified style and mood of all videos.
- Improving image quality (if the original material has deficiencies).
Finalization and export:
- Exporting video in high format with optimized parameters for online platforms (for example, MP4).
- Dividing video into appropriate parts and ensuring uniformity of all videos in style and structure.
- Checking final versions for technical errors (audio glitches, video mismatches, etc.).
3. Style and design requirements
- The design style should be professional, modern, and relevant to the course topic.
- Using a color scheme that matches the company's brand.
- Adhering to standards for audio and video quality, excluding image blurriness or poor sound quality.
4. Work execution order
- Receiving raw materials from the client (video, audio, script).
- Developing the concept and approving the pilot video (to determine style and approach).
- Conducting editing and voiceover according to the approved style.
- Providing intermediate results for review and making adjustments.
- Final submission of completed videos according to the approved schedule.
5. Execution deadlines
- Total project execution time: 40 days.
- Submission stages:
- Pilot video (1 piece): within the first week.
- Weekly submission of parts of the video according to a schedule agreed with the client.
6. Technical requirements
- Video format: MP4.
7. Communications
- Client contact person: [Name, Surname, Contact details].
- Communication form: e-mail, messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp), video conferences (Zoom).
8. Additional conditions
- All copyright for the final materials belongs to the client.
- In case of technical or other problems during the work, the contractor must immediately inform the client for prompt resolution.
9. Payment
- Payment is made in stages, according to the agreement, with the possibility of withholding part of the amount until the final submission of the project.
